Once your order is placed, please allow 1–3 business days for processing and dispatch. “Dispatched” means your order has been handed over to our shipping carrier and is on its way to your address.

Lost or Stolen Packages
While we carefully hand each package to trusted carriers, Valisity cannot control events once the shipment is in transit.
If your package is lost or stolen, please contact us via our Contact Us page. We also recommend contacting your courier directly to file a claim—they may request specific details for processing.
We’ll assist in following up with the courier on your behalf. Although Valisity cannot be held responsible for lost or stolen packages, we will do our best to help. Depending on the situation, a replacement may be offered if the package is not recovered.
